Under the authority of section 3(1) of the Prisons Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Kelly Rowsell to the permanent position of Assistant Superintendent of the Newfoundland and Labrador Correctional Centre for Women, effective immediately.
