Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 4 of the Private Training Institutions Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Board of Directors of the Private Training Corporation, effective from a current date for a three year period:

                                      i)  Terry Paddon (or designate), Department of Finance representative;

                                      ii)  Des Whelan, Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Career Colleges representative; and

                                      iii)  James Loder, owner/operator representative.
