Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds against current account appropriations under 2.2.03.06 (Building Utilities and Maintenance) in the amounts of $4,201,500 for 2012/13, $3,788,600 for 2013/14 and $663,800 for 2014/15 to provide for award of various service contracts as listed in Annex B of the Minister’s Submission.
