Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Tracy King as Assistant Deputy Minister – Policy and Planning in the Department of Health and Community Services, effective May 2, 2011, with salary at step 17 of the 1450 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with normal step progression and general salary increases to apply.
