Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Environment and Conservation to pre-commit funding of $2,030,000 annually in each of 2012-13 and 2013-14 for the continuation of environmental remediation work in Hopedale.
