Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 19 of the Financial Administration Act and section 9 of the Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprises Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make an Order to amend the EDGE Remission Order authorized by OC96-364, to add the following EDGE approved company to the Schedule to the Order with respect to remittance of taxes payable under various taxation statutes:

  i)  2001 Investments Limited/Berg Water Division, with benefits to commence in October 2008.
