Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to amend the salary for Mr. Tony Wakeham as Assistant Deputy Minister – Regional Health Operations in the Department of Heath and Community Services, in consideration of his prior years of service, to Step 17 on the 1450 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with normal step progression and general increases to apply, effective May 9, 2011.
