Under the authority of section 10 of the Transparency and Accountability Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize a change in the appointment process for board members of the Newfoundland and Labrador Sports Centre such that all members are to be approved by the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
