Under the authority of section 7 of the College Act, 1996, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Ann Marie Vaughan as President and Chief Executive Officer of the College of the North Atlantic, effective August 1, 2011, in accordance with the terms and conditions of a contract to be filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
