Under the authority of subsection 9(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown Land comprising an area not to exceed 24 hectares to the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay in the Electoral District of Lake Melville for the purpose of a sewer treatment facility subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
