Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance by the Minister of Environment and Conservation of a Crown land grant in the North Harbour Pond Area to Robert May for the purpose of a recreational cottage, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
