Under the authority of sections 3(p) and 4(1) of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to expropriate the consolidated lands measuring 0.775 ha., as outlined and described in the survey plan and description attached in Annex C of the Minister’s Submission, to ensure that the Minister of Transportation and Works is in a position to convey clear, unencumbered fee simple title to the subject consolidated lands.
