Expropriation Act
Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to dispose of the consolidated lands as outlined and described in the survey plan and description attached in Annex C of the Minister’s Submission subject to those terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes.
