Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance by the Minister of Environment and Conservation of a Crown land grant comprising of an area of land not exceeding 529 m² situated at Rattling Brook, Norris Arm, to Newfoundland Power Inc. for the purpose of a salmon collection facility, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
