Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance by the Minister of Environment and Conservation of a Crown land licence to occupy comprising of an area of land not exceeding 1,200 m² at Forteau Bay, Labrador, to Bay Bulls Properties Ltd. for the purpose of a wharf, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable for the issuance of such licences to occupy.
