Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funds in the amount of $3,720,000 against its 2017-18 budgetary appropriation, to facilitate a one-year contract extension of the Newfoundland and Labrador Prescription Drug Program real-time claim adjudication system with Bell Canada.
