Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds up to $600,000 against its 2017-18 budgetary appropriations to award a contract to Torys LLP for the provision of legal advisory services for the Corner Brook Long Term Care Project.
