Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Service Newfoundland and Labrador to pre-commit funds in the amount of $72,600 against its budgetary appropriations, in each of fiscal years 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23 (or part thereof), to facilitate the lease of upgraded Xerox printing equipment and software for the Management Information and On-Line Ordering Systems for SNL’s Printing and Micrographic Services Division.
