Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the conveyance by the Minister of Transportation and Works of two parcels of land located between Scotts Road South and Andrews Road, Upper Gullies, Conception Bay South, NL, as described and outlined in documentation on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Morgan’s Custom Autos Property Inc., upon those terms and conditions and for the consideration that the Minister considers appropriate.
