Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ellen Alcock as Associate Secretary to Cabinet (Communications), effective March 29, 2017, in an acting capacity, until the permanent incumbent returns, with salary at step 25 on the 1856 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan.
