Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the conveyance by the Minister of Transportation and Works of one parcel of land located at Springdale, NL, as described and outlined in documentation on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Kurt and Joanne Burton, upon those terms and conditions and for the consideration that the Minister considers appropriate.
