Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations in the amount of $7,919,404 in 2013/14 and $2,639,800 for 2014-15 to facilitate the award of a contract to Marco Services Ltd. for the Corner Brook Jr. High School Redevelopment Project.
