Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and as referenced in section 5 of the Nova Scotia Handicapped Persons’ Education Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Robert Gardiner as a representative of the Province on the Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority for a term of two years, effective from a current date, and to confirm the appointment of Dan Goodyear as a representative of the Province on the Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority for a term of two years, effective from March 4, 2010.
