Under the authority of section 22 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. E. Bruce Peckford as the permanent Chief Review Commissioner of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Review Division for a term of five years, effective from a current date.
