Under the authority of section 22 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint/appoint the following individuals to the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Review Division as Review Commissioners for a term of three years, effective from a current date:

iii) Peter A. Budgell; and
