Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Paul C. Smith as Assistant Deputy Minister – Municipal Support and Policy in the Department of Municipal Affairs, effective May 30, 2011, with salary at step 19 of the 1450 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with normal step progression and general salary increases to apply.
