Under the authority of section 31 of the Public Trustee Act, 2009, SNL2009, c. P-46.1, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force upon publication in the Gazette.
