Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey to the Town of Pasadena the parcel of land adjacent to the Town’s municipal depot measuring 0.973 hectares, and more particularly described in Schedule A and shown on the plan marked Schedule B, attached as Annex B of the Minister’s Submission.
