Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint the Honourable Thomas W. Marshall, Q.C. as the Minister of Finance, President of Treasury Board, Minister Responsible for the Human Resource Secretariat, Minister Responsible for the Public Service Commission, and Minister Responsible for the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation, in addition to his responsibilities as Attorney General, Minister of Natural Resources and Minister Responsible for the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency, with effect from October 4, 2013.
