Under the authority of subsection 4(5) of the Supply Act, 2016, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the transfer of $678,100 from the Contingency Reserve to the Department of Justice and Public Safety, Subdivision 2.3.02.02, Commissions of Inquiry – Operating Accounts (Professional Services), for the purpose of funding the Commission of Inquiry into the Death of Donald Dunphy.
