Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funds of $300,000 against its budgetary appropriations in each of 2014/15, 2015/16, and 2016/17 to facilitate the award of a contract to m5 Marketing Communications for a public awareness campaign to reduce the stigma and discrimination associated with mental illness and addiction and for the potential one-year extension to that contract.
