Under the authority of section 357(2) of the Corporations Act, and upon the advice of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to execute a conveyance of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland and Labradorin and to the real property situate and being  at or near Georgetown in the Electoral District of Harbour Main,  Newfoundland and Labrador (as described in the survey attached as Annex I of the Minister’s Submission, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council) to Georgetown Improvement and Recreation Committee Inc., subject to the provision of an Indemnification by the said Georgetown Improvement and Recreation Committee Inc.
