Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 6,800 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture from Adams Construction (1975) Ltd. located at 58 Hardy Avenue, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, for a one (1) year term commencing August 1, 2011 to July 31, 2012 at a rental rate of $16.00 per square foot ($108,800.00 per annum) exclusive of HST.
