Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 53(5) and paragraph 59(1)(e) of the Schools Act, 1997, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals as school board trustees, effective immediately:

i)  Gary Baikie, Trustee for Zone 3 – Nain, Labrador School Board;

ii)  Kim Vincent, Trustee for Zone 4 – Hopedale/Postville, Labrador School Board;

iii)  Valentina Nolan, Trustee for Zone 6 – Appalacia, Western School Board; and

iv)  Andre Power, Trustee for Zone 8 – Fogo/Musgrave Harbour, Nova Central School Board.
