Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Natural Resources to pre-commit funding up to a maximum of $50,000 against its 2012-13 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract for the exploration and assessment of the Julienne Lake iron deposit to Behre Dolbear.
