Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds of $3,000,000 against its budgetary appropriations in each of the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 fiscal years, to facilitate the award of a three year agreement with Microsoft for the provisioning of strategic enterprise software products.
