Under the authority of section 23(2) of the Protected Road Zoning Regulations made pursuant to the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to approve the issuance of a permit to Michael Normore for the erection of a building on the lot described in the survey and property description on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which lot is located on Mountain View Road in Little Rapids, in the Electoral District of Humber East, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to the issuance of such permits.
