Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Tracy King as Assistant Deputy Minister – Policy and Planning in the Department of Health and Community Services, effective immediately, at her current salary with a position description to be forwarded to the Public Service Secretariat for classification, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Ms. King’s current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective at the date of this appointment, where applicable.
