Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Diana Dalton as the Deputy Minister of the Department of Natural Resources, effective September 6, 2011, with salary at Step 10 on the 2320 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91?0016 and with Ms. Dalton’s salary to be reviewed at the end of 6 months.  Ms. Dalton shall be entitled to reimbursement for reasonable expenses for her relocation from Nova Scotia to Newfoundland and Labrador in accordance with a plan to be pre-approved by the Clerk of the Executive Council and administered in accordance with Government’s Relocation Policy.
