Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds of $500,000 against its budgetary appropriations in each of fiscal years 2012-13 and 2013-14 to facilitate the award of a  contract to Electronic Warfare Associates – Canada Limited for the provision of information protection services for government’s electronic information assets and information technology infrastructure.
