Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds against its future year’s budgetary appropriations, as follows, $279,058 for 2012/13, $229,510 for 2013/14 and $36,600 for 2014/15 to facilitate the award of variousbuilding service contracts as noted in Annex B of the Minister’s Submission.
