Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Charles Bown as the Acting Deputy Minister of the Department of Natural Resources, effective August 1, 2011, until September 5, 2011, with salary for this period to be determined at an appropriate level on the 2320 Point Scale in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
