Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $3,676,400 against its budgetary appropriations in each of 2012/13, 2013/14, 2014/2015, and 2015/16 and $743,600 in 2016/17 to facilitate the awarding of road maintenance contracts for the Trans Labrador Highway.
