Under the authority of section 7(2)(d) of the Lands Act,  the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown land comprising an area not exceeding 103 m² to Woodrow Rumbolt in the Electoral District of St. Barbe for the purpose of a residence, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
