Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Brenda Caul as the Deputy Minister of the Public Service Secretariat in Executive Council and Deputy Secretary to Treasury Board, effective January 11, 2010, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
