Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Baxter Rose as the Deputy Minister of the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, effective January 11, 2010, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
