Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Sandra Barnes as the Deputy Minister of the Department of Municipal Affairs, effective January 11, 2010, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, and with reference to a letter on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
