Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health and Community Services and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to sign a Contribution Agreement with the federal government to fund a project called Support Strategies for Internationally Educated Health Professionals (IEHP) Newfoundland and Labrador, substantially along the lines of the draft agreement (attached as Annex A of the Minister’s Submission), subject to the outstanding clauses being resolved to the satisfaction and concurrence of the two Ministers.
