Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Brian Delaney as Assistant Secretary to Cabinet – Economic Policy, effective January 11, 2010, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
