Under authority of Section 15(2) of the Executive Council Act and in accordance with Section 56 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to transfer the Marine Service Centre in Wesleyville, Newfoundland and Labrador to Davis Shipping Limited for a nominal transfer fee.
